Import Guidelines & Specifications
- Your CSV data should be formatted as shown below. The first row must contain column headers. Ensure the file is saved as UTF-8.
- Date fields must strictly follow the YYYY-MM-DD format (e.g.
2026-10-30). - Depreciation method column accepts either
reducing_balanceorstraight_line. - Category and Location columns accept either category/location names (e.g.
Laptop PC,Head Office) or existing numeric IDs. Missing categories/locations will be automatically created! - Columns marked with * (
* Asset name) are required.
